We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately but we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.

You can buy products from us online. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and a request for customised greetings information where appropriate. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We normally deliver in around four working days though we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

You can pay via Paypal or sterling cheque but goods will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

All prices are displayed in UK pounds.

We can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the goods purchased.
